About Me |
|
I have been publicly active in the leather community since about 1995, although like many of us, my history of kinky activities goes much further back. I am a member of Delta International, Fits Like a Glove (FLAG), and an Associate Member of the Bay State Marauders and the New England Leather Alliance. I am also deeply grateful to GMSMA for having been my first club. Justice/activism organization memberships include LA&M and NCSF. These days much of my focus is on rope bondage and welcoming newcomers to the leather community. I teach classes for New England groups and events like Winter Encampment, Mates Leather Weekend, Back to Leather Basics, The Boston Fetish Fair Fleamarket, Summer Bash (Apex, Albany), the Boston Ramrod, the MA Bondage Club, and the Rhode Island Men of Phoenix.

For my "day job," I present trainings in GLBT public health for a progressive non-profit agency. My co-workers have been very supportive of my title year, and see this as another area of expertise for the trainings we present on sexuality in marginalized communities. I have been active in the Gay Men's (and combined LGBTI) Health Summits since 2001, presenting most recently at the GMHS ("Leather or Not: Here We Come") in Salt Lake City last fall. The health of our communities is a major concern of mine, and if I can ever be of assistance with linking you to health resources or information, drop me a line.
